Laminated beams, also known as Duo/Trio beams, is an industrial product where the flat surfaces of 2-5 lamellas are glued to on another.
Laminated beams are less prone to fissures as compared to solid wood and solid structural wood. They’re also more stable and are thus highly suitable for timber construction.
